STE Blitter

I was just wondering whether someone could clear this up for me. I was led to believe (by the Atari STE fanpage) that the STE blitter could do realtime masking calculations for sprites by setting the op register to %0100, however when the sprites overlap they are not masked properly. With a pre-calculated mask everything works fine. Am I missing something?

That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
