but i wouldn't recommend this as source for any beginner, it's quite complex stuff there -- every player (plugin) is loaded into memory as object file, relocated and then called via common API (so C part of mxplay calls API functions in [assembler compiled] plugin but plugin takes care of the implementation details for each player)

on the second hand... if you copy&paste plugin loading/relocating... you can use our dspmod plugin directly... you have to take care about some [in mxplay common] stuff like sound init/deinit but it should work.
