The JAM plugins are somewhat more advanced than a simple a0 and jsr. But with a wrapper, sure it could be done.
However the "replayer" for SID files is a 65xx emulator and SID emulator, like I described in my previous post. Which will waste a fair deal of CPU on the Jaguar..
