Hi,
do you mean SID as in C-64 files? That would need a 65xx emulator and a SID soundchip emulator. I'm not sure it's worthwhile doing that on the Jaguar. Better stick to module-files (which can be made to sound SID-alike) which uses little if no CPU on the Jag.
If you mean Atari ST chipmusic with "sidvoices" then it's even harder as you have to emulated the MFP cycle exact and the YM2149f and do some nifty tricks to get the original 68000 player to work on Jaguar hardware.
