I can only agree with wietze, vasm is quite terrific (although there are still some odd Devpac features that doesn't work (XiA might help to fill in the blanks here)).

I've used it a lot with Eclipse IDE but moved oer to Sublime Text a few months ago, it's more streamlined than Eclipse but cost money.
