If we talk about non game music, I would wager that TEX's cracktro for Arkanoid is the first ever tune to use digi drums (1987).

My conclusion is based on the fact that the drums are not played using an MFP timer but a very basic use of manual NOP's. After this all digi-drums are played using Timers A-D.
Paul Summer's Predator was very advanced for its time using 3 timers but Mad Max's tune came before this.
