From the readme: "Yerzmyey wanted a streaming STE sample player "just because" and because nothing available met his demands (streaming from hard drive AND playlist). I wrote him one."
You can grab it from http://users.hol.gr/~ggn/PLAYER.ZIP (source included). Read the instructions please :).
