Hello. I am going to get rid of one of my much loved machines and realized that I have no clue what so ever what it is worth so I thought this was the place to ask before I put it up for auction. It is a Mega STE (f, not fm)originally 2MB (atleast thats what it says next to the serial number) but at some point upgraded to 4mb with 80mb internal hard drive. Very good condition, in original box (a bit beaten up) with a AZERTY keyboard, also in original box (MINT) and a mouse in mint condition box. No monitor included. Have always been sitting in a smoke free studio running Cubase and later Maxymizer. Gem Tos version 2.something 2.06 I think but don't know how to tell.
One previous owner who worked for Atari France and got this computer for his teenage kid in the early 90s to use for university art studies (!) so there are neochrome and deluxepaint on the harddrive with some funky images and even some pron (!!) that I left out of respect of their historic value or something like that ;)
The keyboard and mouse are new though and have only been used by me.
If anyone have any clue what this machine could be worth I would be very thankfull. Cheers!
