I'll get in touch with Gasman over the next few days re the sleeping arrangements. This is one bugbear here in UK - normally, sleeping at events like parties is not condoned for so-called 'health and safety' reasons. There may be a difference by then with the new alcohol laws coming in, as that has been given as a reason in the past, though I don't believe that.
Regarding the flights, did you check out www.easyjet.com ? They fly to Bristol - check the times as well for the dates you need if you didn't already.
If CiH and I go to this party you can be sure that one of us will come down to Bristol airport to pick you up from there (and Earx as well, if he also travels via that route).
I'll also get in touch with Gasman re showers and other odds & sods.
