First, the video was cut mainly to save download bandwidth, I let the tunnel run for about one minute, and as it did't look any different five minutes later, I snapped it off at about 15MB file size.
The full recording will be available on the Atariscene 2005 DVD, hopefully due the first quarter next year (still need to begin and finish the 2004 edition :).
Regarding timing; me personally use manual timing. I don't find it very hard to do - first a stopwatch to get the rough timings and then finetune a bit.
Advantages are that I'm independent from
the music player, I can sync mp2, chip, ace, graoumf etc without any extra code. If I were dependent on the music player, I would have needed to patch a long line of music players (dspmod of different versions, mp2 player, graoumf player, art of noise player, sid sound designer, triplex etc - a LOT of work to fix all of them).
Disadvantages are of course that you need to do the timings manually, but other than that I don't see any disadvantage.

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
