Although I'd regret it a lot if the currently planned dates do not fit French people's schedules, to avoid disappointment I feel forced to say that moving the party is definitely not an option.
A lot more feasible would be the option to open up the partyplace much earlier than last year (I'm thinking Thursday afternoon here). That way, you could still spend 3 nights at the partyplace and be home in time for work. Ofcourse the extra night will involve an extra fee, but nothing too bad providing a decent number of folks show up that early.
Please tell me, should the Outline orgos make arrangements for the party to start on thursday evening?
