Adam, afaik the NEC 3D is the only one suitable for RGB in 15 kHz.
I had one myself was about 700 EUR when it was new, but I wouldn't buy one nowadays, since the "ELKOs" electrolyte capacitors in these models were rather cheap and tend to open up and spill the electrolyte on the board.
Picture will become dizzy after a while and brightness will go through the roof. So better look for an external RGB scandoubler or some Philips or Okano Monitor.
A good Scart TV would be suitable too.
