You have been hit by one of the popup zombies when they dissapear from the screen or when the one-armed zombie throws a grenade at you and yes you've been hit by the zombie that runs across the screen when it reaches the right hand side. There was nothing I could do about the animation as this is how it is in the Amiga game and I wanted to keep as close to the original as possible.
