No need to add a 33MHz 68882 if you don't clock it any higher than 16MHz.
The FPU is however asynchron fromt he 68030 and you can bend the clockfeed-pin up and feed it with an external oscillator clock. 33MHz 68882 usually runs at 64MHz fine.
