Or you can try using the program from iopus software. with this program you can decrypt password files, in all windows versions.
iopus password recovery : http://download.com.com/3000-2092-10130620.html
then go to : http://www.cracks.am/d.x?29388
At the bottom there is a button with download. here is the crack for the progam. So you can view the full password. Without this crack it's only passible to see not more than 5 letters.
