yes the source code provided is only one LZ4 block depacker. There is no LZ4 frame parsing ( no need for my demos ). You're right there is no "ready to use" tool to generate raw LZ4 block exept use LZ4 source code and use LZ4_compress_HC function.
I didn't know about smallz4, just saw the website. That's pretty nice! Will use it as compressor for my next stuff. ( still compatible with my LZ4 block depacker )
