Laurent,
a) One of the following:
i) Get a skunkboard if you can (pricey)
ii) Make the so called bjl mod to your jaguar (very inexpensive but you need a parallel port and you can't flash roms of course)
iii) Get an Atari Flash cart (pricey, not really recommended)
iv) Get a JagCD (pricey and unreliable, but hey you can at least toast CDs)
b) Go to ftp://ftp.untergrund.net/users/ggn/Jag%20PD%20collection/ and download everything that contains "COFF" in the filename. If you have a skunkboard you can optionally download ROM versions (a couple of games are only rom, can't be uploaded to ram)
c) Upload your desired binary to the jaguar
d) ...
e) Profit!
