Cyg, quick suggestion...
I believe Checkpoint have something in mind for Revision as well, so it might be useful to check with them what hardware they're bringing.
Further thought...
If anyone brings a spare STE, does it have the right sort of video cable to connect to a projector?
Final thought (for now)...
