Beats of Rage V1.1
Posted by: Thadoss Dec,14.2012-20:52

Hi all,

I'm happy to give you Beats of rage V1.1
(I really want BOR to be the best game for Falcon) :)

You can download it at the following address : http://dl.free.fr/hltSke5nl
You can remove the V1.0, this new release is complete.

V1.1 Current version:

Bug fixed:
- 2 enemies had one attack that didn't generate hit points
- the joystick is now working
- the jump movement is not taken into account when the player
respawn (he was leaving the screen, and the game freezed)

New features:
- the border should be black instead of white (not verified)
- Better IA for the enemies: enemies walk to the player if they're too far
- inner game timer accelerated to have a more nervous game
- a new animation which gives a better arcade look to the game (I let you discover it)

I've removed the BOR_HATA.PRg file, as beats of rage works well with the sound and music under hatari.exe (not hatari_falcon.exe)

Have fun.

Thadoss

PS : Please, tell me is the border is really black now on RGB monitor, I couldn't verify it on my Falcon.
PS2 : this is a temporary storage area, so if you could copy the game to a persistant site, I would be glad (on your sites, ...)
