Advantages, as I understand:
no PSU required (so just plug into any other ST),
works on ACSI + SCSI (means external solution for ST & Falcon),
small device and it's apparantly fast, too.
As far as I can see, it's a great device for anyone who hasn't a proper solution yet.
Ultrasatan has two slots however.
