Moredhel, it's very very simple.

Don't wait around for other people, you just can't rely on them to do precisely what you want. They always go off and have their own ideas.

Just spend the next eight to ten years on a mountain top, with an ST, Devpac, a copy of ST Internals and any other coding gubbins that might help. Spend that time in silent contemplation on the keyboard, eating nothing but baked beans, and at the end of that time, you'll be a coding ninja.

A coding ninja with a perforated bowel and hopelessly ripped rectum, perhaps, but that's the only way to go ;-)

(And yes, you will need a very long extension cable, before you ask.)
