Tobe, just tried it. The zoomer only works partly (the right part of the screen is ok, the left part displays garbage). The scroller is 100% ok, and finally the bobs part crashes with 3 bombs.
That said, SainT still has problems with the blitter emulation (apparent if you boot TOS 1.6x into the desktop - icons appear garbled etc). If I had to take a guess I'd say that both you and the desktop use the blitter in shared mode, which is not emulated properly yet :)
