I'd also like to add that the full source code has been released so other people can use it as a good framework for building more Jaguar applications.
There are solid routines in there for audio and objectlist setup and manipulation, as well as BMP->JAG conversion for graphics.
It's called "supporting the scene and helping people".
Clearly I should just be telling people to use DirectX and OpenGL and then patting them on the back when a 3D world appears in Windows. How cool.
