a note about 'old code'
Posted by: spiny Sep,15.2008-13:20

we only decided to enter the oldschool comp with a few hours to go before the deadline, I'm not a coder so had to pick some sourcecode that:

a: existed on my atari hard drive
b: came with font data files
c: came with a tune that played
d: would assemble cleanly :)

so thats why it's 'old' - I didn't have a picture handy that used the right amount of colours - for some reason odd things appeared on screen if i used a pic that used more than the first eight palette entries, I couldnt figure out why - it took me long enough to find where to edit the shape of the VU meters :D

we did have some unreleased (but still old) megatizer tunes, but again, adding a replay route is beyond my talents as an assembler coder.

we just wanted to release -something- as we were having fun, and thats what it's about yes ?

i did release a new pic though :)

What's the anti-troll code?
That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
