well i can explain that; partymeister is completely horrible to set up and very cumbersome to use. additionally, if your party is organised in any way different than tum (f.ex. if you don't have a network, do pizza waves by having sparcus run around with a sheet of paper, don't think 24/7 beamslide ad rotation adds to demoscene atmosphere and want to be able to merge competitions together) it's not exactly perfect. basically you get a lot of stuff that you won't need, and a lot of hassle where you need more flexibility :)
cyclone is right though, that indeed we should've published the voting system earlier. sorry about that one, i wasn't completely aware that such a large amount of people had planned to leave early.
i'll work on having such issues fixed this year.
