Damnit Adam, you're making me to be non-productive at work :P
Anyway, here's what I do:
a)Shoot the rolling monster, avoid it and go left to the cannon
b)Light it up (keep fire button depressed for 2-3 secs, release)
c)Go up and kill the slug (avoid the small slugs it launches)
d)Shoot the rock until it falls down on the seesaw
Sit back and enjoy :)
