There seems to be a bug in your optimised version of the 50KHZ replay routine by Lance.
I have tried to use a chip-mod with your version and the first couple of tries I kept getting an address error. After looking through the main source code at 'mt_e_commands' I placed an 'and.b #16-1,d0' before the two 'add.w d0,d0' and the mod will play, but a couple of the effects are off. The original un-optimised version plays the .mod perfectly.
I can send you the mod I'm using if you want to look into this.
