I just returned from the Platariada. The party was cool. Better say extrem hot :-)
Beetle / UNO(RIP)^F2(RIP) presented his ATARI XL Laptop, which looks very cool, and has some nice features.
He also showed the SIO2SD interface build in an ATARI XL. A must have for all ATARI 8 Bit fans
There were also a new Lightgun game for the ATARI 8 Bit called Gangster. It's a Bank Bank clone where you have to hit gangsters and avoid to hid normal citizen. Made a lot of fun.
Beside the ATARI 8 Bit there were enough falcons present. NonConForm my game framework based on lua made some progress in the documentation. Bohdan made some pics for the Czechoslowakian ATARI portal.
Next to the party were a beer party, so a lot of projects were delayed :-)
