Actually, I'll disagree with you in that.
Having been present at this year (and last) at Outline, I've seen lots of creativity there, people showing stuff, preparing stuff, talking all kinds of weird and wild ideas... Nope, I just think that things are being cooking, but are not baked yet :)
Of course, free time is the main issue here (as always). I just have the feeling we ain't seen nothing yet :)
