It's a person who specialises in having no clue at all about anything, except perhaps the art of hard drinking - but then, that's a skill any finn is born with.
The title of the Spice Demo is a parody on Moredhels clueless ranting on IRC and Pouet. I guess, to be able to get the joke, you would have had to be there at some of the ranting sessions.
