Yeah, a new cpx would help a lot. It's a pity you always have to boot in 030 mode to change configuration.

And no, I didn't set 66Mhz as it was already set but I changed a lot of other parameters with the ctpci utility and nothing helped. Only after I changed the frequency my ct63 booted (again).

BTW, I had it once since then that at bootup time the ctcm wasn't recognized and ct63 freezed again.
