You are not the first having this problem. The flash program from 1.05 archive does not support the latest flash chip Rodolphe put on the CT63.
You need to use the flash program that is in the http://pagesperso-orange.fr/didierm/files/ct60_pci.lzh
archive. Beware the TOS in this archive is a bit unstable, so use the standard ct60tos.bin file from http://pagesperso-orange.fr/didierm/files/ct60_404.lzh
