It could be that the CT63 has to high of clock speed. I have heard people have had issues with the CT63 or CT60 with CTCM that is clocked much higher than 91 or 92 mhz. Stability or even lack of powering on are symptoms. Can you verify what the CPX says the clock frequency is??
