no, there is no bus speed under 030 mode, that's plain Falcon...disable 030 boost on CT60 (jumper near oscilator socket) and try like that...there was centbench.prg in centurbo files which measures cpu, fpu and dsp speed more or less accurately :) it should report 16/16/32 MHz in 030 mode and something like 220/40/50 MHz in 060 mode with 030 boost on...
