Hello Alanh,
I am using such a pico psu for my ct60/66/25. It works nice with an external Laptop PSU (12 V, 4 Amp). As far as I know center polarity is +, but you can google that for sure!
Be carefull that it has enough Ampere!
The PSU is getting warm, but not that hot, so if you donīt have more than 66 MHz and keep your falcon in original case, you should not have any termal problems, at least I didnīt and I played quake a long time ;-)
