Well, Cecile doesn't run with SCSI drives on CT60, try hddriver.
I'm using hushi optimised for ct60 and fast ram and it works great, but hddriver should also work...
Did you check floppy cable and powering? Is it functional? Maybe it's sdma problem? did you try sdma.prg? Try without clock patch...
By the way, Cubase audio works beautifully on CT60! :)
