try this:
remove all accs, auto etc (clean state after desktop load)
install easymint on ct63 machine (i.e. falcon), choose falcon040 in installation.
i'm not sure if you have some ext2 partition? if yes, choose 'login' method, if not, choose automatic xaaes start (it's radio button choice)
choose standard/basic package if you have some ext2 partition or leave it empty if haven't.
wait for finishing installation, reboot. if the problem resists, try to look into mint.cnf file and mint/1-16-cur/xaaes/xaaes.cnf if there aren't some linked/executed files which doesn't exists (i.e. INIT=/sbin/init if you choose not to install ext2 partition).
generally, check if your mint folder contains 1-16-cur, 1-16-cur/xaaes etc..

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
