ACK! Like always, I get too impatient. I bought the pico. Only good news is that I have CT60@66mhz & EtherNec. So I hope to be good to go for a while, then I'll upgrade to a stronger pico. I can go up to 8.5 amps with it which sounds like it would be enough even with a full load.
You guys using that M1-ATX seem to have a bullet proof psu since it was made for a car. The only reason why I didn't follow your lead is because of the room it takes up.
