For what its worth I mine runs reliably at 98.5 mhz. I have even set it at 100 and it boots but is unstable most of the time, especially now since the heat is back on. During the winter its cooler in my office and will run quite well. But like several other people I have opted to allow my chip to run for many years and brought the speed down to 97.5 mhz. Runs quite nicely and is plenty fast enough.
