Inide the TOS, there are a little test before set the PMMU tree with a $2000 bytes step.
It's inside sdram.S, there a long word writing, word, and byte step by step... a cpu flush, and after the verify sequence.
Maybe there are a problem with the SDRAM connector.
You can load testal47.bin with flash060 (inside the flash.tst directory), there are SDRAM test inside. This tests diplays more informations like values reads and writes.
