Yes, ETHERNAT is useless if a driver for an ethernet card and usb card is written. The funny situation is that ETHERNAT is finished, CTPCI will be finished but who knows what happens with these drivers. Since USB device drivers are also questionnable and if you have some kind of ethernet solution you should go with CTPCI. At least I would.
There are two more thing you may consider:
- CTPCI/RADEON wont be as compatible as SUPERVIDEL should be
- ETHERNAT and SUPERVIDEL requires far less space (can even be fit in the original case) than CTPCI/RADEON/ETHERNET/USB
