The only way I know, is to connect the Floppy seperatly with the PSU by a adapter-cable you can buy by your local Comp.-parts-dealer.
Connecting floppy with MB means, there are to many ampere for the CT60-MB-connection.
Have a good luck with your Tower (is it the one from Mettmann?)
