QAM9940A (made in 99 week 40)
works fine at 100 MHz and more ?
You said you processor is a
XC68EC060RC50 (an EC or a full)
01F43G (mask 1F43G rev 1)
QEC39544A (made in 95 week 44)
It's normally impossible to overclock this processor more than 66 MHz but sometimes it's OK at 72 MHz.
