34-36 should be just fine. Some friends of mine ran their without fan and heatsink at about 70 degrees, and that ran stable as well..
I belive higher clocks is not a problem heatwise, but the cache memory starts to freak out instead.
Better wait to see if Rodolphe will get more of those new nifty 100MHz-capable 060s :)
