I was going to ask you Rodolphe, if this was only an EC or LC 060... but why bother you when I can find out myself :-)
The 1E41J mask appears to be a full MC68060!

I will ask you then, why it only achieves 147mips? I thought the 060 overclocked to 72mhz benched similar to that? Did you have to turn the caches off or something?
