well I expect that heavy overclocking the 060 reduces its lifetime as with any processor...
they are rated as 50 or 60 MHz and 100 MHz is double (!!), and pc processors are overclocked 10-25%...
I didn't find any detailed information about it since CT60 is probably the first card in which 060 runs at speed above 80 MHz...
so, it would be wise to have a replacement cpu ;)
