What else is in your auto folder? CT60XBIO.PRG? DSPXBIOS.PRG?
I'm not sure if these are necessary, but they are in my auto folder for my CAF setup.
Sure your using HDDriver 7.9? I use 7.93.
My setup works fine as above, together with NVDI 5.
