For those encountering a similar problem while overclocking the 060: try reseting the NVRAM, as it contains the saved processor speed.
The new CT60 package from Didier contains a small utility to do this. It's hidden in the CPX folder "cpx\resetnvm\resetnvm.prg".
This solved my "CTCM problems" when I was stuck at >105 MHz :-)
