Funny, I was in the same need and so
looked at a lot fo them lately.
So basically if you want to be able to
use TT-RAM, and more than 4 MB of it,
only a few choices remain...
I tried TrueDisk from Christoph Zwerschke (http://atari.transaction.free.fr/interactive/software/trudsk.htm):
it works really fine, except that
with CT60 the RAM disk contents cannot
survive a reset (yet (*)).
(*): I identified the problem and will
try to sort it out with Didier's help.
