well, I just tested several sdram modules of different producers and cl values,
there was even one Kingmax PC150 CL2!. All of them worked at 90 MHz, but neither of 10 various sdram modules worked at 100 MHz resulting in. "sdram read error".
This makes me think that maybe sdram controller firmware could be the cause??
It is really strange...I have double checked for the 100 MHz patches (cut pin and trace)...
